Snug as a Bug..... in a Laundry Basket

Drew has developed a habit of emptying laundry baskets, grabbing a blanket, and climbing in. Apparently, getting cozy in a laundry basket is a current favorite of his!

He asked for...... crayons.....

Drew came home from school and asked me to get the basket down that had crayons and other art supplies. I brought it down, tried not to make a big deal of it, and sat it down on the floor. He then proceeded to..... COLOR! He didn't scream and seemed to almost enjoy himself! I didn't even care that he was on the carpet, I just stood back and watched. I was afraid if I said anything that he would stop. Normally getting him to hold a crayon or any sort of artistic utensil is a fight. He has some sort of perfectionist fear of messing up and gets upset, but not today, he colored to his hearts content and then proceeded to play with play doh!
